Returns, Exchange & Refunds Policy

At “Findmylooks”, we ensure that every customer undergoes a stress-free purchase. Therefore, We have formed a friendly policy for our significant customers. Please read the following terms & conditions before making a purchase. 

What is our Cancellation policy? 

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed. We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible!  Please contact Customer Service through email contact.findmylooks@gmail.com or call us at +91-7604039863 (Mon-Sat, 10am - 6pm). Our helpful and experienced team will help you deal with cancellation and refund. 

What is our Exchange/ Return policy? 

We are not offering return or exchange policy of items which have mention of “non returnable” on findmylooks.com. Only items mentioned as” eligible for exchange, return or refund” will be accepted. For eligible items, to avail the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The return is valid within 72 hours(maximum) from the date on which these goods were delivered. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.

If the product is eligible for return: 1) Please mail us at contact.findmylooks@gmail.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel mentioning the return reasons 2) Once your email gets acknowledged by us we will share the return address & return method (self ship back or reverse pickup) 3) Please send the product back to us by yourself to the return address.

 

Note on Reverse pickup: We do not have a reverse pick-up facility as of now. The cost of return shipping is to be made by the customer and is non-refundable. We suggest returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by “Findmylooks”  will be treated as not returned. Kindly remember to take acknowledgment receipt of the number of dispatched products from the courier guy, with his signature and mobile number and share us a intimation of the same. “Findmylooks” will not be responsible for any lost shipment. ​While returning the product, please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel. Post you have placed an order , in case the desired item of the product is not in stock, we will notify with a regret email and issue a refund.

 

In the unfortunate case that any goods that you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, you may exchange the goods. In case of Damaged/Wrong delivery: If the merchandise is damaged or an incorrect item has been sent by mistake, you can write to us at contact.findmylooks@gmail.com or contact us at +91-7604039863 within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Please send a picture of the defect. Then, you can send the product back to us with your order number as per the reverse pickup note defined above. When we will receive the damaged product, we issue a credit note/voucher on email with a validity of 30 days to procure equal value products or for higher value products the differential needs to be paid. ​
